For The Introduction someone should introduce the main speaker to the conference call or he/ she can introduce themselves. Next you do the Presentation which is discussed in more detail in elements 2 - 6. The Testimonial, Reaction, Q & A and Wrap Up are covered in Elements 7-9

2 - Excitement

You need to generate excitement, You want to have lot's of people on the call all excited about the Business. You want to encourage members to attend the Call even if they don't have anyone on the Call.

3 - Informative

You want to give information about the Company. You want to highlight the Key Points of the Compensation Plan. You want to talk about the Products of course. You also want to talk about the Company Support. What type of tools does the company Provide. What type of training does the company provide.

4 - Motivating

Build a Dream. Ask some of the people what their Dream is, Build a Vivid Word picture of some of the dreams.

If they talk about a dream house, ask them if it has an Ocean or a Lake View. Does it have a Mountain View as well. Is it a ranch or a Multi-Story. What does the kitchen Look like. Do they have a Media Room or a Regulation Indoor Basketball Court. How's about a 9 Hole Private Golf course in the Back Yard. A Buddy of mine has a 2 Lane Bowling Alley in his basement.

If they dream about financial security. Ask them if it means Private Schools and Colleges for the Children and Grand Children. Maybe it means early retirement for them with lot's of trips and cruses and No Money Worries ever.

5 - Short But Sweet

Try and keep the actual presentation between 15 and 20 Minutes

6 - Testimonials

It is really a good idea to have 2 or 3 people talk about what the company has done for them.

7 - Reactions

After the Testimonial ask the people a simple question what do you think. Get 2 or 3 reactions and then move on.

8 - Q & A

Open the line for about 10 minutes worth of questions. Answer each question honestly and truthfully. If you don't have an Answer offer to get it for them.

9 - Wrap Up

End the call and have the call to action. Encourage the attendees to get with the people that invited them to the call to move on to the next step.

It is a common financial scenario across households in the Western world. Multiple debts have started to build up: a car loan here, a department store loan there; a bank loan here and several credit cards there. While all may have seemed manageable on the optimistic day you took them out, or spent on them, suddenly you realise that you cannot keep up with the monthly payments. You miss out on a payment or two, and suddenly you have a bad credit record. A few more missed payments and you start to feel the pressure, so start thinking about refinance.

The silly thing is, in asset terms you are not poor. You have a home of your own; it is mortgaged, but you have plenty of equity. Now wouldn't it be great if you could get a new loan to consolidate those monthly payments and get your finances back in order? Well, maybe, you think, but can you get bad credit mortgage refinance?

What To Consider Before Seeking Bad Credit Mortgage Refinance

Any mortgage refinance package is not something to be taken lightly, nor without careful thought about the costs, consequences, and whether or not it is really necessary. What, then, do you need to consider before refinancing your debts through unlocking the equity in your home?

1. First of all, you need to make sure it is really necessary. You should take a long hard look at your outstanding debts. List them out, total the amounts owed, total the monthly payments, and total the amount in arrears. Your cheapest and simplest way out will be to put your current financial house in order without resorting to new, and possibly expensive, borrowing.

a. Look at some ways to clear those overdue amounts. By taking a critical eye to your home budget, your expenditure, see if there are any regular expenses that can be cut out or reduced. If so, take the necessary action and make sure that money goes towards reducing at least one of the outstanding debts where some amount is overdue. If you have several overdue debt repayments, and it will take a few months to clear the outstanding amounts with your newly released funds, write to the credit companies concerned and tell them what steps you are taking to pay off the over due amount. That may take the pressure off you a bit while you get things in order again.

b. Seriously consider how you can make some extra money. Will a few weeks' overtime, if available, help you clear the over due debts and allow you to get your finances in order again? Could you use one of your skills to earn some extra money part time? Remember, if you take no action at all, your financial situation will deteriorate. If it is possible to take some action that will eliminate your overdue debts without resorting to bad credit refinance, then the chances are it is worth doing.

c. Have a look around the house. Do you have any things you do not use, but are worth selling to clear some of those overdue payments? Do you have some old shares that you could sell, or an old savings account, with a healthy balance in, you've not touched for years.

2. You need to consider the other alternatives to bad credit mortgage refinance, especially a debt consolidation loan. Look around and get a few quotes for consolidation loans, ready to compare the results with a bad credit mortgage refinance option. Remember to make a note of the costs of each of the loan options, as this may affect your decision.

3. You have now looked at the possibilities of paying off your debts without resorting to a new loan or refinancing. If that came up blank, or insufficient, then now is the time to consider mortgage refinancing. Again, you need to shop around and get more than one quote. With a bad credit record, some lenders may try to get more money out of you than than is really justified. You have the right to get the best deal possible. Look very closely at the charges of the lender and broker, if there is one, and record them, ready to use them in your calculations to decide what option to take.

4. The final stage is to make a comparison between using bad credit mortgage refinance and using a debt consolidation loan. Really, you need to do this over the full term of the mortgage. What you will actually be comparing is:

The mortgage refinance costs, interest rates and repayments based on the the best quote you have had, with your current mortgage plus the costs of the consolidation loan. This is important, as the bad credit mortgage refinance loan may be at a higher interest rate than your existing mortgage. If you are not good with figures (many people are not so don't feel bad about it!), ask a friend who is to help you out, or if you can get free counseling from someone who can help you make the choice.

Once you write down all the figures, the choice will probably be clear. Remember, however, that with the option of keeping your existing mortgage and having a separate debt consolidation loan, once that consolidation loan is at the end of it's term, say 5 years, you will no longer have any repayments. That is why it is important to look at the whole mortgage period to make a comparison.

Meshothelioma is also very tough to diagnose through other means, and so excisional biopsy is the best course for an accurate diagnosis.

4) Fine needle aspiration is the most popular form of contemporary cancer biopsy. Here a needle will be introduced into the lump and a large number of cell tissue will be drawn through a syringe. These cells will then be stained and studied by a pathologist. In this case, a diagnosis is reached instantly. This kind of biopsy can even be conducted on inaccessible organs such as the pancreas or lungs with ultrasound guided techniques. This is the preferred choice as avoiding surgery is almost always first on the wish list of the physician.

There are other forms of biopsies, but these categories are the most widespread and cover most of the major cancerous diseases. If a cancer is feared, a patient may undergo more than one of these tests through the course of their treatment, depending on how aggressive the physician feels it is.

Two of the biggest names in satellite radio today, XM and Sirius, both offer a large variety of music stations that you would never hear on regular commercial radio. And most of the music channels, for both services, are commercial free. Of course, nothing is truely free. Both Sirius and XM charge you a service fee to listen to their music channels - someone has to pay for those satellites!

So what is the difference between Sirius and XM?

First of all, Sirius and XM both offer the same commercial-free music service broadcasted via satellites. Sirius offers 120 channels, or feeds, of music, sports, and entertainment programming. For this service, Sirius charges a flat monthly subscription fee of $12.95 for residents of the continental US. XM currently charges, on the other hand, has 122 channels broadcasting similar content (68 of which are music channels), and charge a slightly smaller monthly fee: $9.95. XM currently has the largest share in the satellite marked with 2 million customers.

So why does Sirius charge more? Sirius claims to have superior sound quality thanks to their statistical multiplexing technology, which provides additional bandwidth across all SIRIUS streams. This is supposed to increase overall sound quality and resolution. There has been little feedback however, to verify whether or not this system really enhances sound quality to a noticeable degree. In addition, Sirius is offering free audio feeds through the internet to its paying customers, something XM charges a couple dollars a month extra for. So if you plan on listening to the radio via the net often, you can expect to pay about the same no matter which company you go with. Sirius also claims to have 24 hour customer service - something XM radio has yet to fully achieve. Oh, and one more thing. Sirius has 2 NPR channels, for you NPR fans out there: NPR Now and NPR Talk. Pretty cool.

So does that mean Sirius is better? Well, that depends. XM has some neat stuff too, like a bunch of cool XM Satellite Radio receivers and displays. They also have the biggest broadcasting network right now, and are probably the most likely to expand services significantly in the near future. Overall, they are just about equal, and you are better off going with either of these services than any other.

Over the years, the code has been modified so many times that nobody really knows it all. Various sections seem to completely contradict others. Some seem to say the exact opposite of others. While this is all frustrating, it is the bizarre little sections that make you wonder what is going on in Congress. Here are some examples of strange things you will find.

1. If you have a child, you usually get to claim more deductions. In our fractured society, however, the tax code is a mess when it comes to dealing with divorces. The question is basically which parent gets to claim what? There are all kinds of rules, but one of the stranger ones has to do withkidnapping.

If your child is kidnapped, you may get to claim the child tax credit and so on. Being a tax issue, there are some strange rules. For instance, the kidnapping cannot be by a family member! If your brother drags your child off to Canada, you get no deduction. You can read IRS publication 501 to figure it all out if you are insanely bored.

2. Jury Duty Nothing beat jury duty, eh? Sit for eight hours and get paid five or ten bucks. Well, some business owners are good members of society. They will pay you normal wages while you do your civic duty. If they do, you can claim a deduction if you pay them back your earnings from jury duty. Boy, I bet your boss is going to be happy as pie when you give him or her that $5! On the other hand, a deduction is a deduction.

3. Tax Benefits of Being Blind This one is an old favorite. The government is going to give you a break if you are blind. Just check the box on line 39A. Huh? You are BLIND! Obviously, the idea is you are having someone else do the tax return, but it is still pretty funny at first glance.

The above represents only a small sampling of the oddities found in the tax code. There are plenty other such as rules regarding issuing 1099s to fishing boat crews, but we have to stop somewhere. At least now you know that you are not alone wondering if the tax system makes any sense whatsoever.
