Oil price manipulation being used in a Trade War against the US and it is a direct attack on the middle class in America. Not long ago I watched the Iran-Nigeria-Venezeula power play to agree to limit supply amongst them in order to affect the United States. Each agreed to limit supply without the full assistance of OPEC; it turned out to be a mistake, but it was aimed at attacking the US.

Today we trade billions of dollars with Venezuela and it seems on one hand we are friends, but on the other, Hugo Chavez is spiteful, vindictive and secretly plotting our demise. Even so, Venezuela itself has over promised the people, communist nations generally do. Their nationalizing of industries has thrown a stone into the loop and caused huge inefficiencies, which maybe insurmountable and as the natives become restless, Chavez will have to tighten his grip on the populous. It is the nature of "loved and respected" to "feared and respected" Machiavellian rule.

The oil prices in the US are high, but they are balanced by alternative energies, so there is a deal-breaker price. Some are worried about OPEC trading in Euro, I am not; I think it would be to their folly and only temporarily hurt consumers in the US, I do not side with the economic reports or threats if we take out Iran on the switching to Euros. The game is so much bigger than that.

Still Hugo Chavez is doing all he can to disrupt the United State's economy and we need to consider these issues, before siding with the liberal agenda, which supports this man in our own country in my opinion, think on it.
